Hot Meals

Very often the first step towards a new life for a homeless person is a hot meal. That's why the City Mission serves approximately thousands of meals each year. Each weekday morning, breakfast is provided for all who are hungry. Sack lunches are provided for lunch. Special holiday outreach meals are served on a monthly basis. Food boxes are distributed to poor families each week.
Jesus said, "Inasmuch as ye have done unto one of the least of these, my brethren, ye have done it unto me."

Each food box supplies an average of 25-35 meals. Families sign up for food boxes in advance of delivery dates. This service is widely utilized by homebound senior and shut-ins.
